How to order

Here are some simple instructions to guide you when placing an order:

Step1: The first step is locating the product you want to purchase. You can browse our products according to dress menu on the homepage. And we also provide an easy-to-use search tool, which is located at the top of the page.

Step2: You may add a particular dress to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button on each product page. You may also update or delete a dress or clear all items from your shopping cart at any time on the Shopping Cart page.

Step3: Once you have finished adding products to your shopping cart, you may simply click on the Checkout button. The checkout process requires you to check your shipping details and choose your payment option. Next please login your existing account, or sign up for a new account. This will let you manage your personal information, change your password and view all your orders.

Step4: You will find a 'Customer notes' box before you submitting the order, you may put your special requirements of your order or measurements information in this box.

Step5: Once your credit card is charged and order sent, you will receive an email confirming this. If the order is failed, the address is wrong or we need further Identification, we will be contacting you by phone or email within 24 hours.
